Building a Healthy Lifestyle Without Losing Your Mind

Let’s face it—life as a college student/youth/adult is busy. Between class/hours, social life, and attempting to get some semblance of sleep, working out is sometimes the last thing on your mind. You make excuses like “I’ll start next week” or “when life slows down a little” but when does it ever?

While we’re busy, other habits are changing that aren’t always beneficial to our health. Drive-thrus are easier than ever, screen time is through the roof, and we don’t have to move around as much as we used to in our everyday lives. These small decisions can catch up with you over time and affect more than just your physical health- mental health as well.

That’s where this blog comes in.

This blog isn’t about cutting carbs/never eating after 8pm/hitting the gym for hours on end/ becoming an Insta-fit- guru. This blog is about small, manageable practices that you can start to help yourself feel better and be healthier when you’re busy AF.
